Basketball Camp for 1st–8th Graders | Annually in July

In addition to our weekly and monthly ministries, we have a number of annual events happening throughout the year that allow us to grow deeper in the Word and in our love for one another, and to reach our communities for Christ.

Basketball Camp – NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION
July 11–15, 2022 (1st–8th graders) | Register Today! (pdf)

What is camp like?
Check out our 2018 camp highlight video

Is my child’s grade level before or after summer break?
You should indicate what your child’s grade will be for the next school year (after this summer break).  For example, if your child was in 4th grade this past school year, and will be entering 5th grade after summer, you should indicate 5th grade for Basketball Camp.

Do you have online registration?
We do not have online registration or payment options at this time.  To register, please print out and fill out the registration form and return it to the church office with payment.  For your convenience, there is a locked box outside the office for you to easily turn in your form.  Of course you can also hand it to our office coordinator inside :)

Will my child be fed?
We do not provide food for the campers.  We do have a dedicated snack time in the middle of each session.  Students can bring their own snack, or purchase one at our snack shack (prices are kept low and near cost for the camp).

Can I make a special request for my child?
If you have a special request for your child, please email us (basketballcamp@pvbiblechurch.com) with your request.  While we cannot always guarantee it, we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Vacation Bible School (VBS) – VBS IS NOW FULL AND REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
July 25–29, 2022 (K–5th graders) | Contact pvbc2021vbs@gmail.com for any questions.

Why is registration limited? Why did registration close earlier than July 13th?
Due to the sizing of our staff at this time, we unfortunately must limit the number of sign-ups to ensure the safety of both your children and our staff. By keeping the groups a little smaller, we are also able to give more love and attention to all of our students.
Where do I drop-off my child(ren)?
Both pick up and drop off will take place in the Worship Center.
Will snack be provided?
Yes! Snack will be provided with options for those with gluten, dairy, or nut allergies. If your child has other dietary restrictions, you are more than welcome to send them with a snack.
Can my 6th grader attend VBS one more year?
No, unfortunately we do not have the space to include those that have aged out of our program. PVBC does have a youth group for students middle school to high school which has fun activities throughout the summer.
My toddler will not be 5 years old by September 1st, but is potty trained, can they attend?
No, for the safety of your child and our staff, we must insist that they be turning 5 years old by September of this year.
