What is camp like?
Check out our 2018 camp highlight video

Is my child’s grade level before or after summer break?
You should indicate what your child’s grade will be for the next school year (after this summer break).  For example, if your child was in 4th grade this past school year, and will be entering 5th grade after summer, you should indicate 5th grade for Basketball Camp.

Do you have online registration?
We do not have online registration or payment options at this time.  We hope to establish an online option for the 2024 camp.  To register for this year, please print and fill out the registration form and return it to the church office with payment.  Forms can be mailed to the church office, or hand delivered to the locked box outside the church office or hand it to our office coordinator.

Where is the church office?
Pleasant Valley Bible Church is located at 1101 East Ponderosa Dr, Camarillo, Ca, 93010.  The church office is on the south end of campus.  You can use this map to better orient yourself.  Outside the office door, to the right, is a locked box where you can leave your form and payment.

Will my child be fed?
We do not provide food for the campers.  We do have a dedicated snack time in the middle of each session.  Students can bring their own snack, or purchase one at our snack shack (prices are kept low and near cost for the camp).

Can I make a special request for my child?
If you have a special request for your child, please email us (basketballcamp@pvbiblechurch.com) with your request.  While we cannot always guarantee it, we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Vacation Bible School (VBS)
July 24-28, 2023. 9am-12pm. Event has concluded.
Contact pvbc2021vbs@gmail.com for any questions.
2023 Skit Videos Available: Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5

Why is registration limited?
Due to the sizing of our staff at this time, we unfortunately must limit the number of sign-ups to ensure the safety of both your children and our staff. By keeping the groups a little smaller, we are also able to give more love and attention to all of our students.
Where do I drop-off my child(ren)?
Both pick up and drop off will take place in the Worship Center.
Will snack be provided?
Yes! Snack will be provided with options for those with gluten, dairy, or nut allergies. If your child has other dietary restrictions, you are more than welcome to send them with a snack.
Can my 6th grader attend VBS one more year?
No, unfortunately we do not have the space to include those that have aged out of our program. PVBC does have a youth group for students middle school to high school which has fun activities throughout the summer.
My toddler will not be 5 years old by September 1st, but is potty trained, can they attend?
No, for the safety of your child and our staff, we must insist that they be turning 5 years old by September of this year.
Is there an online registration option?
No unfortunately.  Please print out the registration form and either deliver it or mail it with payment to the church office (1101 East Ponderosa Dr, Camarillo).
What is it like?

Ladies Tea – Registration Closed
Coming December 2023

Our Annual Ladies Christmas Tea is a lovely event that brings women together in our church to invite family and friends to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. It usually happens the first Saturday in December from 11:00am until 2:00pm. It is a special time for the ladies to meet in the Worship Center to sing some Christmas carols and spend time in the Bible hearing from a guest speaker. The ladies then move into the gymnasium for the “tea” where each table is individually and beautifully decorated by a hostess, who provides their personal china. The men of our church enjoy this time as well as they help serve at each table. The tea, sandwiches, scones, and sweets make for a wonderful atmosphere of fellowship. It is always a lovely day and a highlight that really kicks off our December focus of Christmas anticipation
How Much does it Cost?
$18 each.  For girls under 10 years old, the cost is $5.
Is Lunch Provided?
Yes! A full traditional afternoon tea and lunch service will be provided.
